1. Scope of Services

Our Store specializes in wholesale and custom men's clothing, including but not limited to custom suits, shirts, jackets, trousers, and other personalized garments. We provide B2B wholesale services for businesses (e.g., retailers, boutiques, clothing brands) and custom manufacturing services based on customer-provided specifications, measurements, fabrics, and designs.

All custom orders are tailored to your unique requirements, and wholesale orders are provided in accordance with the quantity, specifications, and terms agreed upon at the time of order placement.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

2.1 Order Submission

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: product specifications, fabric choices, size measurements (for custom orders), order quantity, delivery address, contact information, and payment details. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.

2.2 Order Confirmation

After you submit an order, we will send you an order confirmation email within 1-2 business days, detailing the order details, total amount, production cycle, and delivery date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately. The order is deemed confirmed only after we send the order confirmation and you acknowledge it (if required).

2.3 Custom Order Confirmation

For custom orders, we will provide a digital proof (e.g., design sketch, fabric sample confirmation) for your review and confirmation before production begins. Once you confirm the proof, production will start, and no changes to the design, fabric, or size will be accepted unless mutually agreed upon in writing and subject to additional fees (if applicable).

3. Payment Terms

3.1 All wholesale and custom orders require advance payment or a deposit, as specified in the order confirmation. The payment method shall be in accordance with the options provided on the Store (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

3.2 If you fail to make payment within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

3.3 Prices are quoted in the currency specified on the Store and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and other charges imposed by your local government.

4. Production & Delivery

4.1 Production Cycle

The production cycle for custom orders is typically 7-15 business days (depending on the complexity of the order and order quantity); the production cycle for wholesale stock orders is typically 3-7 business days. We will specify the exact production cycle in the order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, production issues), and we will notify you promptly if any delays arise.

4.2 Shipping & Delivery

We will ship the products to the delivery address provided by you. The shipping method and cost will be specified in the order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes).

Upon delivery, you or your designated recipient must inspect the products immediately. If there are any damages or discrepancies, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed as acceptance of the products.

5. Custom & Wholesale Product Requirements

5.1 Custom Products

Custom products are made based on your provided measurements, designs, and fabric choices. We will make every effort to meet your requirements, but minor deviations (e.g., slight color differences due to fabric batch, minor size variations within industry standards) are normal and do not constitute a quality defect. We are not responsible for sizing errors caused by inaccurate measurements provided by you.

5.2 Wholesale Products

Wholesale stock products are provided in accordance with the standard specifications and quality standards stated on the Store. We ensure that all products are free from manufacturing defects before shipping. If you receive defective products, please follow the return and refund policy outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs, logos, and product images) displayed on the Store and related to our products are owned by the Company. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of these intellectual property rights without our prior written permission.

6.2 For custom orders that use your own logos, designs, or trademarks, you warrant that you have the legal right to use such intellectual property and that their use does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights due to your provided logos, designs, or trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of customers) arising from your use of our products or services, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from this Terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

7.3 We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government regulations, or disruptions in the supply chain.

8. Termination

8.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Store or our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8.2 You may cancel your order only if production has not yet started. If production has started, you may not cancel the order, and any deposit or payment made will be forfeited. For custom orders, cancellation is not allowed once the design proof is confirmed.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region]. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your order shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Store and our services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications (whether oral or written).

10.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Store, and your continued use of the Store or our services after the changes are posted shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
