Refund & Return Policy
Wholesale & Custom Menswear
1. General Policy
- All custom / bespoke / made-to-order garments are final sale and non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable once production has started.
- Returns and refunds are only accepted for manufacturing defects, factory errors, or shipping damage.
2. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
- Custom orders include personalized sizing, custom fabric, custom logo, embroidery, printing, or bespoke design.
- No returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Customer-provided measurement errors
- Style or color preference
- Wrong order placed by customer
- Quality claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order number.
3. Wholesale Stock Orders
- Returns for stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Any damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom made garments
- Personalized / embroidered / printed products
- Used, washed, damaged or modified items
- Items without original packaging
5. Shipping & Handling
- For defective or factory error items: we will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement.
- For customer-initiated returns (stock items only): customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless caused by our error.
6. Refund Process
- Contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and return request.
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without RA will be rejected.
- After receiving and inspecting the items, we will process the refund within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
- For wholesale orders, we may offer replacement, exchange, or store credit as alternatives.
