Shipping policy

1. Shipping Scope & Eligibility

We provide international and domestic shipping services for wholesale and custom men's clothing orders. Our shipping coverage includes most countries and regions worldwide (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia, Australia), except for areas with shipping restrictions, sanctions, or logistical inaccessibility.

To be eligible for shipping, your order must meet the minimum wholesale order quantity (MOQ) specified on the Store or in the order confirmation. Custom orders are eligible for shipping once production is completed and quality inspection is passed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

2.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two main shipping methods for your choice, and the specific options will be displayed during checkout or in the order confirmation:

 Express Shipping: Suitable for urgent orders (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). This method offers fast delivery and real-time tracking, ideal for small-batch wholesale or custom orders with tight deadlines.

 Standard Shipping: Suitable for large-batch wholesale orders (e.g., sea freight, air freight). This method is cost-effective and is the default option for bulk orders, with longer delivery times but lower shipping costs.

2.2 Delivery Time

Delivery time refers to the time from when the order is shipped to when it arrives at your designated delivery address, excluding the production cycle (specified in our Terms of Service) and customs clearance time. Typical delivery times are as follows:

 Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (varies by destination country/region, subject to customs clearance efficiency).

 Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days for air freight; 30-60 business days for sea freight (varies by port and shipping route).

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, shipping carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure. We will notify you promptly if any significant delays occur.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, volume, shipping method, and destination country/region. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, or specified in the order confirmation.

3.2 For large-batch wholesale orders (meeting the minimum order quantity specified by the Company), we may offer free standard shipping or discounted shipping fees, as detailed in the order confirmation or promotional activities.

3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the shipping delay or damage is caused by our error (e.g., wrong shipping address provided by us, shipping of defective products). In such cases, we will bear the relevant shipping costs or provide a shipping fee refund.

4. Customs & Duties

4.1 For international orders, the Customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the Customer upon customs clearance.

4.2 We will provide all necessary shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list) to facilitate customs clearance. However, we are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect customs declarations, failure to provide required documents, or non-compliance with the destination country/region's import regulations.

4.3 If the order is returned to us due to the Customer's refusal to pay customs duties or failure to comply with import regulations, the Customer shall bear all round-trip shipping costs, and any deposit or payment made will not be refunded (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address (wlzgarment6@gmail.com), which includes a tracking number and a link to track the order status. You can also track your order through the Store's "Order Tracking" page by entering your order number and email address.

If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 business day after the production cycle ends, or if the tracking information is not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us at wlzgarment6@gmail.com or 13553317861 for assistance.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

6.1 You must provide an accurate, complete, and valid delivery address (including street name, building number, postal code, and contact person) when placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

6.2 If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes are only allowed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

7. Lost & Damaged Packages

7.1 If your package is lost or damaged during shipping (confirmed by the shipping carrier), please notify us within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, providing your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the damaged package (if applicable). We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a solution (e.g., resending the order, refunding the product price + shipping cost) within 7 business days.

7.2 We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier's negligence, customs seizure (due to Customer's non-compliance with import regulations), or improper handling by the Customer or their designated recipient.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any shipping delays, failures, or losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government restrictions, shipping carrier strikes, or disruptions in the global supply chain. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on your order.
